PRIVATE BETA NOTICE · OCTOBER 2026

Privacy

What is stored

Your name, email, Google account identifiers and authentication tokens, sessions, project briefs, answers, plan versions, generation status, token counts, and monthly usage are stored in the Planpresso PostgreSQL database. Drafts are saved in this browser tab's session storage before sign-in. Theme and interface language are saved locally in your browser.

AI and sign-in providers

When AI is enabled and you request clarification or generation, the relevant brief, answers, selected stack, approved scope, and prior plan for refinements are sent to OpenAI. Responses are requested with API storage disabled; provider retention rules may still apply. Registration and sign-in use Google. Google provides the verified email address, account identifier, name and profile image needed for your account. Legacy account records may still contain password hashes; password sign-in is disabled.

Your controls

You can edit plans, export their contents, archive projects, and delete your account from account settings. Account deletion removes associated application records. Existing backups may retain deleted records until their configured retention period expires. The production backup retention and privacy contact must be published before public launch.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, secret keys, or sensitive customer records. Reference attachments and payments are disabled during the private beta. This beta uses essential session cookies; no advertising or third-party analytics has been added.
